4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Service Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Additional charges may apply for changes to original scope
  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable

4.2 Installation and Service Delivery

  • Installation dates are estimates and subject to availability

4.3 Customer Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • Consultation: Payment due upon completion
  • Installation: 50% deposit required, balance due upon completion
  • Products: Full payment required before delivery
  • Maintenance: Payment due within 30 days of service

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayNow
  • Cash (for services under $1,000)

Late Payment

  • Interest of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
  • Service suspension for accounts 30+ days overdue
  • Collection costs charged to customer

6. Warranties and Guarantees

6.1 Installation Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on all installation work, covering:

  • Workmanship defects
  • Installation-related failures
  • Configuration and setup issues

6.2 Product Warranty

Product warranties are provided by manufacturers and typically include:

  • 1-3 years manufacturer warranty on hardware
  • Software updates and bug fixes
  • Replacement of defective units

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues
  • Modifications by unauthorized personnel
  • Environmental damage (water, fire, theft)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for third-party product failures
  • Liability is limited to direct damages only
  • Claims must be made within 12 months of service completion

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation Services

  • 24-hour cancellation notice required
  • 50% fee for same-day cancellations
  • Full fee for no-shows

Installation Services

  • 48-hour cancellation notice required
  • Deposit refundable if cancelled before work begins
  • Partial refund for work not completed
  • No refund for completed work

Product Orders

  • Cancellation allowed before shipment
  • Custom orders non-refundable
  • Opened products subject to restocking fee
  • Defective products eligible for exchange

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Forest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content you submit through our services

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor strikes or disputes
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Technical failures or cyber attacks

14. Modifications to Terms
